The self-destruction handbook
Almost every human being has a natural drive to strive, thrive and survive. It takes a special kind of person to go against nature and crave self-detruction.
Everyone has a different reason for why they self destruct. My tendency to self-sabotage comes from a deep and brooding hatred towards myself.
While I do have a will to survive and get better I ignore it to see how close I can come to my idols.
I'm going to find out for myself whether a criminal's antisocial tendencies are nature or nurture by following my own handbook.
Destroying yourself is a long and time consuming process. Just like how you can develop good habits to become a better person,
you can also train yourself to become even worse. I think it goes without saying that following this guide won't do anything if you
don't have an unstable personality. A foundation to work with is practically a must. Use this guide as a cautionary tale if you're not
as fucked up as I am. Self-destruction and world-destruction go hand in hand.
